Snow extra fine powder in white glossy color suitable for dark effect with very pleasant beautiful texture.
Instruction for use:
- On top without a sticky substance or on any white gel (Sugar Effect Gel and White Arte Brillante Gel Brush) and semi-permanently before polymerization, pour a large amount on the color, shake and polymerize twice, do not close with top.
- It should be emphasized that the top does not come out as sparkling white as in the semi-permanent or gel color.
- It is also ideal for painting in combination with the above gel or semi-permanent color products.
- For embossed designs over painting gel, top coat, base.
